When Eazy customers utilise our products and services, which we refer to as the Subscription Service, they may collect and manage Personal Data. The term "Subscription Service" is defined in the Eazy Terms of Service and encompasses our web-based applications, mobile applications, tools, and platforms that customers have subscribed to under an Order Form or that we make available to them. These services, accessible via https://eazydigital.io, mobile application or another designated URL, include ancillary products and services such as website hosting. As a processor, Eazy processes Personal Data on behalf of our customers when they use the Service. It is the responsibility of our customers, as data controllers, to comply with applicable regulations and laws governing notice, disclosure, and obtaining consent before collecting their customers' Personal Data using the Subscription Service. We regularly update this Privacy Policy, and we recommend that you review it periodically. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. In the event of material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification. If you are a subscriber to our Eazy product and services, you may also receive notifications through the Notification app in your Eazy account. Terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meanings as set forth in the Eazy Customer Terms of Service.

1. What Information We Collect and Process
1.1. Information You Provide to Eazy

When you engage with our websites or any sites or services that are linked to this Privacy Policy or use our Subscription Service, we may collect Personal Data and other relevant information from you, as explained below.


  1. When You Visit Our Websites

We collect Personal Data from you when you submit web forms or interact with our websites. This may include activities such as subscribing to a Eazy blog, signing up for a webinar, subscribing to our services, or requesting customer support. We may ask for your email address, first and last name, job title, and other similar business information. It's important to note that you are free to explore some of our websites without providing any Personal Data about yourself.

  1. INBOUND and Other Event Information

If you register for INBOUND or any Eazy event, we collect information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to communicate with you and, in some cases, facilitate your registration. Additionally, we may share your registration data with service providers of INBOUND to provide event-related information and enhance your experience at INBOUND or future Eazy events.

When you sign up for an Eazy account, create or modify user information, set preferences, or provide any other relevant information to access or utilise our Service, we collect Personal Data. This may include details such as your name, email address, username, password,social account information, and other related information.

  1. Payment Information

If you register for paid products or services, we collect payment and billing information from you. This may involve providing a billing address or a billing contact for your Eazy account. Any payment information you provide is used solely as authorised by you and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

During the purchase of products or services, you may also provide payment information such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers. We utilise secure third-party payment service providers to handle payment processing, ensuring that it is conducted through a secure payment process.

1.2. Information We Process on Behalf of Customers When They Use the Service

Our product, the Service, enables our customers to create and share marketing, sales, and customer service content. When customers utilise our product, they may collect Personal Data from individuals, such as their first and last name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other relevant information. This information that customers collect or submit through our product is referred to as "Customer Data" in accordance with our Customer Terms of Service.


We do not have control over the content of our customers' webpages or the specific types of Personal Data that customers choose to collect or manage using our Service. While we store our customers' information on servers provided by our service providers, we process the data as a processor under the instructions of our customers and in compliance with our Customer Terms of Service. We are prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than to provide and enhance the Service, as well as to fulfil legal requirements.


Our customers maintain control over the Customer Data and are responsible for ensuring its accuracy, deletion, or updating within the Service. They are also responsible for complying with any applicable regulations or laws that necessitate providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent before transferring Personal Data to Eazy for processing purposes.

1.3. Information We Collect and Process When You Use the Service

When you or the users in your Eazy account interact with the Service, we collect usage data. This includes metrics and information about your usage and interaction with the Service, such as the features you use the most, the opening and closing of objects (e.g., tickets), and the frequency of triggering certain features (e.g., workflows) in your account. You have the option to connect third-party integrations to your Eazy account. These integrations may request specific permissions to access data or transmit information to your Eazy account. It is your responsibility to review and authorise these third-party integrations. We may collect information about the types of integrations you use in your Eazy account.


Please note that by granting permission(s) to third-party integrations, you are providing them with access to your data, which may include the ability to view, store, and modify your Eazy account data. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party integrations, so it is important to carefully review the permissions you grant to third-party applications. 1.4. Information We Collect From Other Sources

  1. Eazy Partners

In order to enhance our services and provide you with a personalised experience, we may combine the personal information we collect from you with information obtained from other sources. These additional sources may include third-party providers of business information and publicly available sources, such as social media platforms. The types of personal information that we may combine include physical mail addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and social media profiles.


By combining data from various sources, we aim to update and improve our records, identify new customers, create more targeted advertising, suggest products and services that may be of interest to you, deliver personalised communications, and promote relevant events.


  1. Third Parties

We may receive information from third party service providers, from related companies, and from our business and solution partners.


  1. Personal Data from Different Sources

We may merge the personal information we gather from you with data we receive from other sources, including third-party providers of business information and publicly available sources such as social media platforms. If we host our customer's websites on Eazy, we may also collect information about the files you view on those websites. When using the Eazy Service, we collect and store the categories of information mentioned above in logs under the following circumstances, based on the customer's implementation settings:


  • Eazy User Account: We collect and store information when an Eazy user logs into their account and accesses tools within the Eazy Platform.


  • Customer's Hosted Website: If a customer's website is hosted by the Eazy product, we collect and store information when an individual visits that website.


  • Self-Hosted Customer Website with Eazy Integration: If a customer's website is self-hosted, but they use our plug-ins and incorporate Eazy scripts and content (such as embedded forms), we collect and store information when an individual visits their website.


Buttons, tools, and content from other companies may also be present on our websites. These features, such as share buttons or interactive mini-programs, may collect your IP address, track the page you are visiting on our sites, and utilise cookies to ensure their proper functionality. These features can be hosted by third parties or directly on our websites. It is important to note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to these features, and your interactions with them are governed by the privacy policy and other relevant policies of the companies providing those features.



2. How We Use Personal Data

2.1. To maintain regular communication with you regarding our product and services

To enhance your experience and ensure effective communication, we utilise the account information you provide when signing up for the Eazy Service and Trends services. Here's how we use this information:

Transactional Communication: We use your account information to send you transactional emails or in-app notifications regarding billing, account management, and other administrative matters related to the Service. This includes updates about our Customer Terms of Service or other legal agreements. Additionally, we may communicate with you via email or in-app notifications regarding security incidents.


  1. Customer Support: We utilise your information to provide customer support, which involves resolving any technical issues you may encounter while using our services. We also analyse product outages or bugs to improve the overall performance and functionality of our platform.


  1. Mobile Applications: If you use the Eazy mobile applications, we may send you push notifications occasionally to keep you informed about relevant events and promotions. Should you prefer not to receive such communications, you can disable push notifications at the device level.


2.2. To Provide Our Service

We utilise your account information and Customer Data to provide our product and services to you effectively. This includes using the email address you provide to create your user account and processing your payment information for paid use of the Service. Additionally, we use this information to authenticate your login and offer customer support. By leveraging your account information and Customer Data in these ways, we aim to deliver a seamless and personalised experience while ensuring the security and functionality of our product and services.


2.3. Enhance and advance our product and services

We collect usage data to gain insights into how you and your users interact with our product and services, enabling us to continuously enhance and refine them. By analysing trends and patterns in the usage data, we can identify areas for improvement and determine new features or integrations that would be valuable to our users.


We also utilise Customer Data in an anonymized manner for machine learning purposes, supporting specific product features and functionalities within the Service. For instance, machine learning powers our business card scanner tool in our mobile apps, facilitating seamless data imports into your Eazy account. Furthermore, we may share aggregated statistical information about the utilisation of our product and services across our customer base. When we publish such data externally, it is always in an aggregated form, ensuring the anonymity of individual users or customers. 2.4. To Secure and Protect our Product and Eazy Users

We utilise your account information to actively investigate and mitigate security incidents, ensuring the protection of our systems and users. Additionally, we rely on this information to fulfil our legal obligations. Verifying user accounts, monitoring new product sign-ups, and identifying and preventing instances of product abuse are some of the ways we employ your information. This also includes enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment.


Furthermore, we analyse log files to generate general statistics about website usage, providing insights into how our websites are utilised and enhancing the overall navigation experience. These statistics may include details such as your usage patterns, country of origin (for analytics, export control, and regulatory purposes), and IP addresses. We collect and log IP addresses primarily for security and debugging purposes, enabling us to track access patterns, investigate security events, and address incidents effectively. This involves using the information you provide, such as your email or physical address, to send relevant content and communications that we believe may interest you. You have the option to unsubscribe from these promotional materials by following the instructions in each communication or by contacting us directly at privacy@EazyDigital.io. However, please note that even if you unsubscribe from our marketing lists, we may still reach out to you regarding administrative matters and respond to your requests.


In cases where consent is required by law, we will only send marketing communications with your explicit consent. Otherwise, our marketing and advertising activities are based on our legitimate business interests.


Additionally, we receive information from third-party service providers and other sources, including providers of business information and publicly available sources. In addition, we engage in co-marketing activities with third-party partners to provide you with relevant content. 4. How We Transfer Personal Data Internationally

4.1. International Transfers within the Eazy Group

To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer information to other Eazy Affiliates where we have operations for the purposes described in this policy. Please see Annex 3 of our Data Processing Agreement for a list of Eazy Affiliates and their locations.


This Privacy Policy will apply even if we transfer Personal Data to other countries. We have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your Personal Data will remain protected wherever it is transferred.

4.2. International transfers to third parties

We may transfer your personal data to third parties or servers located outside of Thailand. It is important to note that the data protection standards in the destination country may or may not be equivalent to those in Thailand. However, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is protected with the same level of security and in compliance with the requirements and standards of Thai personal data protection laws. The cross-border transfer of personal data will be conducted based on lawful bases such as contractual necessity, legitimate interest, public tasks, or with your explicit consent as provided.

5.2. Retention of Personal Data

Once a reasonable period of time has passed, we will either delete or anonymize your information. If deletion or anonymization is not possible, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion becomes feasible.


We retain Personal Data that you provide to us as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. This includes fulfilling our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.


Once we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we will securely delete it or anonymize it. If deletion or anonymization is not immediately feasible, we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion becomes possible. If you request the deletion of your information earlier, as described in the "Privacy Rights and Choices" section below, we will comply with your request.


If you have opted to receive marketing communications from us, we will retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date of your last interaction with our content, products, or services. This includes the date of your last opened email or the cessation of your use of your Eazy account. Information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies will be retained for a reasonable period of time from the date it was created.


The retention of data processed by our customers in connection with the Service is governed by the Eazy Customer Terms of Service and Customer Data Processing Agreement.

When you visit our websites, sign up for an Eazy account, attend a Eazy virtual event, or request more information about Eazy, we automatically collect information using tracking technologies such as cookies and tracking pixels. Eazy acts as a processor for our customers and will assist them in fulfilling these requests when applicable.


7.2. Anti-Spam Policy

Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to both Eazy and our customers. It sets forth guidelines and restrictions for the use of our Service. One specific prohibition is the use of the Service to send unsolicited commercial email, which is against the law. Additionally, the policy mandates that every email sent using the Service must include an "opt-out" mechanism and other necessary information.


We enforce strict adherence to the Acceptable Use Policy by all our customers. Any violations of the policy can lead to immediate suspension or termination of the Service. This ensures that our Service is used responsibly and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
