The International Insurance Symposium 2025, hosted by the Office of Insurance Commission of Thailand (OIC), gathered industry leaders to discuss how the insurance community can move forward through collaboration and shared innovation. As part of the program, Eazy Digital CEO Harprem Doowa delivered a keynote focused on the growing role of personalization in the insurance industry.

In his session, Harprem underscored that personalization isn’t a future concept. It’s already a critical driver of customer experience, insurance retention and long-term engagement. He explained that effective personalization doesn’t require customizing every detail for every individual. Instead, it comes from intentional, well-timed touchpoints that feel relevant, human and thoughtfully designed.
Harprem also walked through real examples from across the industry that show how insurance customer engagement improves when journeys reflect what customers actually expect. These stories reinforced a clear trend: when insurers embrace customer-centric insurance solutions and align them with purposeful design, performance naturally follows.

With its theme centered on collaborative intelligence, the symposium created space for meaningful discussions on digital transformation in insurance and the evolving role of insurtech in shaping customer behavior. Harprem thanked the OIC, Renee Thavichaigarn and the participants for advancing an important conversation about the future of personalized, connected insurance experiences.
